About Us
Yeşil Çevre Makine is a process engineering and machinery manufacturing company specialised in systems that capture solvent emissions from industrial production at the source and return the solvent to production. Our factory is in Ulucak, in the Kemalpaşa district of İzmir, Türkiye. Design, manufacturing, automation, installation and commissioning are carried out by our own staff.

What we do
We build the equipment for the whole solvent loop
Our core expertise is activated-carbon V.O.C. solvent recovery plants. We also design and manufacture the process equipment around them in-house: solvent distillation units, L.E.L. control units, nitrogen-blanketed solvent storage systems, molecular sieve systems and thermal oil heaters.
The automation systems, including the PLC, operator interface and software, are also prepared by Yeşil Çevre Makine and designed to suit your existing line automation[C-01].

Every project starts with a site survey
We apply internationally accepted design criteria in the process equipment we manufacture and the plants we build.
Site survey
We inspect your line, exhaust arrangement and solvent consumption on site.
Plant-specific design
Our own engineers design standard or custom systems.
Manufacturing at our own facility
Tanks, adsorbers, columns, heaters and automation panels are built at our facility in Kemalpaşa.
Installation and commissioning
We install on site, tune under real load and hand over a running plant.
Training and technical support
We train your operators and maintenance staff and continue with maintenance, repair and spare-part support.
Consulting
Investment consulting
We advise investors on site selection, machinery selection and manufacturing for waste recovery and recycling investments, and on environmental impact assessment, environmental permit and licence procedures[C-04].
